Due to a change in Live's queue management system, we experienced an inconsistency in the assignment of chats from 10:00 AM to 6:05 PM (GMT -3). We are pleased to report that the system has been normalized as of that time and is functioning normally.

The analytics section will be fully updated tomorrow, October 17, with all of today's information.
The technical team is actively monitoring all services to ensure their correct functioning.
